المقادير
½ كغ بوظة شوكولا
1 ظرف كريمة شانتيه
1 كوب حليب
½ كوب صوص شوكولا
2 اصابع بسكويت بالشوكولا
3 ملاعق بندق شرائح
طريقة التحضير
اولا نقوم بتجهيز الكريمة فنضع الحليب في وعاء ونضيف بودرة الكريمة ونقوم بخفقها جيدا الى ان تتشكل لدينا كريمة كثيفة نضعها في البراد لمدة ساعة تقريبا
نقطع اصابع البسكويت بالشوكولا الى قطع متوسطة
نجهز اكواب الشوكولامو فنضع طبقة بوظة شوكولا ثم طبقة كريمة شانتيه ثم طبقة بوظة شوكولا ثم طبقة كريمة شانتيه
نزين الشوكولامو بصوص الشوكولا شرائح البندق وقطع البسكويت والشوكولا وتصبح جاهزة للتقديم
